Planned by whom.. the RFU or him. Is this a result of the performances and results in the U20 WC?

My impression was his plan. The U-20's depends (for me) on many things outside your control and had a decent 6Ns.

I'd hope it wasn't on the basis of tournaments which you need some good fortune in player availability/cohort as well as any planning etc. I watched the season when Anthony Watson was starring for the U-20's and there were games when just his pace made all the difference - regardless of planning and tactics - I saw him win one game by himself!
