Bizarre, that's a very strong team. Fair play, want to win at home to Bordeaux. Should be a good game.

The Worcester game is away.

Agree it's a surprisingly strong team, we can't catch Edinburgh right?

No Edinburgh can't be caught. It must be a run in to the Worcester game. Get as strong a team out as possible to play together and hope for no injuries.

I take it Umaga is injured. Would far prefer him to Searle plus Wooly rather than Porter after last week.

Going to be an interesting watch.

Agree regarding the strength of the team.

I guess Dai wants to keep the momentum moving ahead of the next block of 4 GP matches, in which we play the 4 sides who share the lower end of the league with us.

Not being mentioned as injured. His absence is probably a precautionary measure..

No Edinburgh can't be caught.

Are you sure?

We're 5 pts behind Edinburgh.. but 16 points won't be enough to get us through as "best of the rest" I'm guessing ??

Edinburgh are playing Agen at Murrayfield so even the most optimistic Agen fan will expect a 5 point loss.

Hmmmm. Surprised at that. I can just about get Launchbury  and Rowlands who've not had game time but I think I'd be resting Taylor, Willis, Carr, Sopoaga, and Fekitoa.

First decider of teams on equal points in a group is match points between the 2 teams so we can't go above Edinburgh having lost both games to them.

Really strong selection. As other posters have said, winning is a habit and I think there is method in this selection in that after last week - we need to back that win up before what is the first of many "mini cup finals" vs Worcester

Win this w/e and beat Worcs, then we'll start to look like a side that doesn't need the EA's relegated and can look after themselves.

Don't forget that after the Worcester match the squad have two weekends off.
