The only good news I gleaned from that was Dan Robson will be fully fit this summer. There was talk of him not playing professional Rugby again.


We really don't want to be having anymore back row injuries any time soon.

From what I've read the 3 month treatment plan is just standard practise and that there is no gaurantee that it will solve the problem long term. I wonder what the process is? It can't be a medical procedure can it? Is it just a course of warferin?

I think he has another season with Wasps before he has to make his decision from what I have seen and read so far.

I'm 99% sure they explicitly said it wasn't caused through injury.

Well Dobby did have surgery on his ankle/leg last autumn.

If we take the best case scenario, 3 months treatment and back to playing, will there be an advisory Do Not Fly placed on him for the medium to long term? That could well rule out Japan and any Euro campaign.

I'm permanently on Warfarin, following three DVTs and a PE, and according to my Consultant there is no problem with me flying - in fact he said that as I'm already taking the medicine I am at lower risk than many other people.
