Falcons Vs Tigers

Anyone would think Falcons were the away team, took them 30 mins to wake up

Going to miss Goneva next season, he's a magic player.

The hit on Flood’s head at about 15’ when he went for an HIA. Struggle to see much difference between this and Tom Young’s red card the other day. Camera angles are different?

It has been a singularly uninspiring game thus far. I guess, from a Wasps POV, we would want Tigers to win, but heck, I can't bring myself to want that. Barnes having a good game.

Tigers open up a gap and then shoddy discipline lets them down. Falcons right back in it.
It was fine when I left it.....

So WB, JP and Pearce as ref team. Could be argued top 3 in England. Is this a change in policy?

Two bottom of the table teams showing why they are at the bottom. Some exciting incidents though. Hammerstone very good for Falcons & Thompson for Tigers.

Thommo showed just what we miss. Never had a bad game for Wasps and always has the warrior spirit. He would have a very handy player to have around the Wasps squad this season.

Guy was very good, interestingly at 8 when he left Wasps he wanted to focus on play ing 7 rather than utility which tigers offered him  but needs must with injuries and as you say he is a perfect go to player, although the arrival of Nemo, Shields and the development of the Willis boys left him as unfortunate surplus.

Some Tigers now calling for Guy to be Captain. And to think they didn't really want him when he signed...

Always like watching Guy, puts his body on the line and full commitment to the team. Remember him giving out flags at Sandy park one year, getting stuck in doing whatever he can.

Watching TV coverage it is always hard to see who the motivators and leaders are; the camera follows the ball. But Ugo was very interested in Guy all game, and so the cameras kept an eye on him, so we got to see him him full leadership role.
