That's interesting. Aren't Leeds in a bit of financial turmoil. The 20yr old scrumhalf also from Leeds has signed a snr squad contract with us as well, by-passing the academy route.

I think he will be a great addition. A young up and coming coach, played rugby to a decent level, changed tac when he realised he wasn't going to make it as a pro, and seemingly has thrown himself at bettering himself as a coach.. Msc in sports science.. gradually going through all the RFU coach accreditations.

I wonder if Jacob has been passing on some insider information regarding possible useful additions to our various squads?

Jacob and Pendlebury. More likely Pendlebury I suspect, he was a fantastic addition to the club.

Yes, they overstretched themselves, which wasn't sustainable and are now in the Birmingham Merit League and strictly amateur. A lot of the 1st XV have re-surfaced at Moseley.
It was fine when I left it.....
