Thanks Roger. A good concise read and explanation (cider options apart). Well done to the club for following this path and for those that have volunteered like  yourself.

The explanation  of how the entity is split into 3 companies makes sense and I think most clubs will have their operations split in the same way as we do.

Do the supporter attendees change from meeting to meeting or do they stay the same throughout the season?

I think it's, basically a group for a given period (season?)

I know they want a slightly wider group. Based on who was there possibly more younger (under 50's  :) ) and possibly from a wider ethnic group.

I assume (didn't ask) that as the original invites were sent to ST holders that is the group they want to attract membership from.

Also wonder if they also want to include Netball fans as Rugby and Netball are lumped together under one holding company.

Thought for next meeting. I've spent the last 15 years doing my best to make banners up for matches and put them up where possible. The club has been fairly helpful over the last few seasons allowing me to store the Shoulder To Shoulder banner at the Ricoh. But less practical with seat covering so not being able to put it up as much recently.
Are there any thoughts to encourage fan banners or similar to go up on match days to make the place feel more black and gold and give a better sense of ownership/connection to the team?

I suggest the club invests in a few of these (BeerJet) to satisfy the lager lovers, and keep the queues low at half time. I’m an ale drinker myself, and sorry to say I can’t imagine a similar machine for Purity!

It's quite apt that their UK agent is based in Rugby!

The system that I have seen that works fastest and has no waste or spillage is this one:

https://www.bottomsupbeer.com/

It fills from the bottom. They server simply slaps the 'glass' on the top and away it goes.

Just found a video.. astonishing. Both systems show what can be done to cut the queues.

Dont think things work this quickly from Roger mentioning proper cider to Wasps but have asked the question of Purity on Twitter following this tweet that they have launched cider today

These are in the new Spurs stadium whose catering is run by Levy / Compass who Wasps got rid of from the Ricoh!
