Hoping he can get back to full fitness. Sopoaga, Searle and Umaga give us good options at 10 and with Gopperth and even Miller as options it must be the most amount of depth in that position we've had in a long time.

Also good to see Alex Reider looking, and walking, ok.

However, with my gymnastics coach hat on, the press up techniques of many of them leaves a bit to be desired.

Roger, it's like when I see people on rowing machines. Many doing themselves more harm than good! (learn the right technique people!)

I suspect this is a high rep, low weight 20 - 30 sec burst on one machine after another and not a more precise low rep high weight muscle building workout. It probably explains why the players are moving quickly between each machine only getting a 5 sec breather. It might replicate the physical requirement of ruck phase after ruck phase quite
