Fantastic score. Great break. Delighted for him!

Great to see his teammates so pleased for him too.

And hilarious to see the teammates pointing him to the sidelines, get off the pitch dude, your job is done!

He nearly fumbles it, and that huge guy, number 72, just bulldozed the critical defender out of the way. Err, where do I take the ball? Under the posts? Now what? Who's taking the conversion?

I think his contract, as 11th man on the practice squad, means they cannot play him in the league this year, and that he cannot be poached by another club. If they change their mind and want to play him, they have to drop another player off the roster and promote him to 10th. Or maybe that isn't allowed under the IPP rules? The Bills already have 4 running backs, whilst other teams might actually want him. The rules for getting into a playing squad are very complex. Teams can't simply sign who they want, like they can in rugby over here.

As I understood it, when the Bills name their regular season active roster CW can be named on it, obviously his inclusion would exclude someone else since the roster is capped at 53 players. However, if he is not named on the active roster he is guaranteed a spot on the practise roster as an additional player over practise squad size cap. If he is used as the IPP extra player on the practise roster he cannot then be moved on to the active roster this season. So these warm up games are his one shot at getting on to the active roster or he has to wait until next year. Runs like that won't do him any harm.

Their fans are really warming to him. Many saying that he should make the roster because offers something very different to the game.

No touchdown this week but a typical Wadey run.

That looks very familiar ;D Go Wadey - Pity it's the Bills though :( Never liked them.

A shame he didn't cut right at the end towards his two blockers. He would probably scored a TD. See how he falls in the tackle? Ball presented backwards. Rugby habits ... head for the posts. I am pretty sure that even if the Bulls don't want him in their main squad, another team will. Injuries will always leave a team short.

Can the Bills keep the PS down to 10, put Christian in it but not as the IPP freebie, and therefore give them the option of putting him in the main roster later in the season when they have taught him to instinctively look for his blockers and get off the pitch after he has scored?
