My local club had a pre season warm up against their academy under their first team lights.

It is one of the older artificial pitches and not in great condition when you look down on it from their club house stand. Suffice to say that most of our players had the dreaded skin burns, as well as a couple of shoulder injuries in the squad....

As just said they are poxy and some are more poxy!

This is madness. We need an indemnity for players on artificial pitches depending on the level of 5hitiness.
