Bath winger Joe Cokanasiga faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after returning from England's World Cup campaign with a serious knee injury.

The 22-year-old only featured once for Eddie Jones' side in Japan.
It was fine when I left it.....

I don't remember him coming off injured in the 1 game he played in so I'm guessing the injury occurred in training.

I think Bath (over the last few seasons) can compete with us on the injury front.

Bath Director of Rugby Stuart Hooper has suggested the club are not entirely happy over how the injury to winger Joe Cokanasiga was handled by the RFU.

Mark Wilson at Sale (Newcastle) has also returned needing a knee operation. I don't recall either leaving the pitch because of injury, so have they been training/playing with a problem that's become progressively worse through the tournament leaving the club to pick up the pieces.. which is what Bath (Hooper) are implying

I've posted this before - but it seems pertinent

Last May, Beno Obano arrived at England’s training camp after a breakthrough season. He left the camp on the south coast - the so-called Brighton curse - suffering multiple knee ligament damage. Obano has not returned to playing since.

Still, it could have been even worse: at least Obano will play rugby again. Sam Jones was not so lucky: before the 2016 Autumn internationals, he suffered a broken leg and ankle ligament damage in a judo session so severe that he had to retire. A series of other players have also suffered injuries in England’s notorious training camps: at the pre-Six Nations camp in Portugal, Ben Te’o and Jack Clifford sustained injuries which mean they won’t be able to play in the opening game in Dublin.

From a while back.
