Costello’s contract I imagine is also up this year.
Blackett’s might be up too actually as he re-signed ahead of the 16-17 season.

She's a fulltime athletics coach and only did the occasional session with Wasps. I would have thought her fitness knowledge would be based around speed rather gym based strength conditioning.

I wasn't aware of how long Baugh had been working with Dai. Reading the article he came from Cardiff with Dai. How long has Blackett been at Wasps with Dai?

I wonder if Baugh had been looking for work elsewhere or had he been told his contract wasn't going to be renewed. Either way a new face can't be a bad thing

Reading between the lines my sense is that he is carrying the can for our horrendous run of injuries.

Neither being strong or conditioned has much if anything to do with injuries.

A fresh face cant be a bad thing. But given how Dai and Dan have mostly always worked together I think this is very much a changing of the regime. Dai will leave at the end of his contract and I'd assume this is why Dan is leaving now. From year one as coaches they have had to contend with issues off the field that no other coaches have had to and I think we all should be grateful for his contribution.
