U18 Match Highlights. How we should be playing in the 1st team

Watch and see our backs. A big 12 with a step and speed. Very fast and accurate delivery from 9. The 13 is everything we could want. Side steps, burst speed, flat no look passes. 14 a tall fast winger. The 8 is so mobile and big. Billy V in his youth?

This is how a Wasps team, correctly coached, should play.

I should say that I should have saved myself the agony of watching the Edinburgh match on Saturday and walked the half mile from my Dad's house and watched this game instead, played on the 4G pitch at my brother's old school (Warwick).

Not sure about the oppositions restart defence!!!

The 13, Ma’asi I think seemed to be doing pretty well last year, now presumably in his last year at school, sure he’ll get bigger and squirmed in FT rugby. Atkinson at 10 is the one to watch though, what a great individual try he scored, think he has another year at school too (could be wrong) even though he’s been around this team since he was about 15.
9 looks promising in attack and more big forwards. Good to see the younger lads coming through, they now seemingly have a route to the first team now we are investing in youth, just need to make sure our first team is the one they want to aim for and don’t get tempted away to others who are more

If the 9 is the same as last year, he has grown. Same for Ma'asi. He is related to a famous rugby star I think from the PIs?

Ollie is his nephew. I think he is in his last year at Oratory School (between Oxford and Reading, in our catchment area I think).
