Looks like the PRL have now had their say on the matter:

Darren Childs very clear that he believes PRL have nothing to hide or to lose from releasing the Lord Dyson report, but have been told by Saracens’ Legal Team that they don’t give permission to do so.

Very defensive of PRLs stance, claiming they’ve been unfairly accused of not acting quick enough and effectively playing a part in bringing the game into disrepute.

Fair to blame PRL to a degree in my opinion, whilst they weren’t the ones cheating, it took several years of systematic breaching to be uncovered by a non-rugby affiliated investigative journalist...

So.. Sarries have refused to allow an accountancy firm to inspect its books and it now transpires that they are the ones blocking the release of the report.. hmmm
