I thought this was a really powerful article from Will Wilson, who seems to be not only articulate but a very decent bloke too. It would be wrong to say I enjoyed reading it but it's one of the best and most considered personal pieces on the topic of mental health I have seen.
On a personal level, it is an experience I can empathise with and the feeling of almost guilt at having depression when your life seems so 'perfect' in comparison to the sufferings of so many others really struck home.
