I'd say not. From the Injury Updates:

Ben Vellacott and Callum Sirker continue their rehabilitation from ACL reconstruction surgery

I would guess he is back running or something, but unlikely to be close.

I am really looking forward to Vellacott returning. He seemed like such a talent last year. It is important not to expect miracles, though. Dan took his time to get up to speed after a long lay off.
There was some speculation that he could cover wing and obviously SH from the bench. When up to speed he could be a real asset.
