I think the mobile providers do the messaging, maybe the same service for if the balloon goes up and we have to run for cover.

 But, there could be a drone tailing you, any buzzing noises?

As someone who's day job involves investigations, social media is a gem of a tool. The amount of cases I've gathered evidence for because people don't get the concept of privacy settings is astonishing.
