Would hate to see him leave - I'd like to see him doing the coaching quals as required and use what is obviously a very intelligent rugby brain to Wasps best advantage.

He has, apparently, reached coaching level 3 with Wasps and you would like to think he might finish the process at Wasps. Here's hoping!!

Whilst he is still playing at a good level for us I can't see many top level clubs, here, France, NZ wanting to sign a 36 yr old. The bigger question is what will Wasps be willing to offer.. 1 yr.. 2yrs and as always, money comes into it

A major factor in his decision making might mirror Ashley's. His young kids have effectively grown up in the Warwickshire area and may not want to move at this point in their lives if he can avoid it.
