Another Wasps player will juggle his full-time playing duties with coaching at a local grassroots club.

This can only be good, both for the player now as it gives a different insight into the game than just playing & for their future when their playing career ends.

I wonder if the players get paid for coaching & who pays them, the Club or Wasps?

I would think it was free but will be a necessary part of progressing through the coaching badge levels.

Given clubs even at very low levels would usually need to pay at least the head coach, they must love this arrangement!!
