This intrigues me. I presume it'll be eight pools of three and pool winners making the quarter finals.

But also, this means that an additional 10 teams will be needed to make it two tournaments of 24. I can't see how the King's and Cheetahs will be able to be part of the Pro 14 for much of next season which means finding these teams from Italy, Romania, Georgia, Russia, Portugal, Spain, Belgium etc...
