Although I don't need one I submitted my request to see what the process is.
I have just received my login details -
1) a username and
2) a Password.

Anyone waiting for these should see them soon if not chase so you can see the match.

I’ve been a STH since the move to Coventry but did not receive anything about the ST refund options (which I’ve forfeited) Or the BT pass details.

I’ve sent Wasps a reminder and will be gutted if I don’t receive it in time.

Thing is we have two STHs here and one down the road all with BT so don't really need the whole process. Just wanted to see if it works- and it does (so far).
