Saints v Bath - Spoiler alert
« on: August 26, 2020, 09:57:37 PM »
Got to say Bath looked a bit tasty tonight. I'm worried about our scrum but it has clarified in my mind that we must play Umaga ten and Jimmy 12. We're going to have no joy trucking it up against them. We'll have to mix things up and be inventive.

I'm not sure Umaga has developed the control he'll need yet, maybe Gops at 10 and Mills Fek centers?

I'd certainly like to see more of the Mills/Fekitoa partnership - that looks promising. In a way it's Umaga's lack of control for want of a better term I think we'll need v Bath. If we play a copybook game I think we get beat. Bath are certainly beatable but they'll relish a big physical game so we've got to get away from that if possible.
