Its not so much about trust or training bubbles.
Its about protocols - and I have no idea what they are

You'll have players staying in hotels in London.
If released, they'll have to travel home. That could be a pretty long journey for some, so bay involve stop overs, or at least food stops.

Then they'll be staying in a different bubble at home - with family /house mates / other.

Then into a separate training bubble......

Then the same in reverse the following week to get back to England training.

There could well be protocols in place to limit that happening

Good points, but it should be manageable and if it isn't they need to have a good look at the protocols.

Taking away 30 odd players for the length of an international window isn't helping the game.

The only time I can see players being releasd back to their clubs, is after the third match. The England squad are in a tight bubble and I cannot see the players being let go until the first 3 games have been played.

10. Gopperth
11. Bassett
12. Le Bourgeois
13. JdeJ
14. Kibirige
15. Lima

For me. Mills at 12 if fit (but he’s out for a while, right?).

Lima not a 10 for us. Miller on the bench to cover 10/15.

Lima has barely played 10 with Gopperth at 12 as Jimmy missed Lima's first season entirely with injury.  Give him a run of games at 10 with Jimmy alongside him and I think we might begin to see the best of Sopoaga.

DGP...
I agree, but who would play full back assuming we don't have Minozzi or Killer available?

Lima has played well at 15, so solves that problem.

However, Gopperth at 10 doesn't necessarily solve our fly half problems.
He's a very different player to Jacob and to have Jimmy at 10 we'll often play in a very different way.

Watson has looked comfortable at FB.  He'd be my choice.  (Love the Miller typo BTW!)   :)

Lima’s problem (for us) is that he just seems to stand too deep when playing at 10.  Perhaps having Gopperth outside him will mean he’s happy to play flatter, but think he just doesn’t have that same instinct that we ideally want/need for our style of play.

At 15, his vision is apparent.  He seems to see more, make good decisions and play with a lot more confidence just by having that bit more time to make a decision what to do.

The same way always said when comparing Danny and Jimmy.
I haven't paid enough attention more recently, but Jimmy always stood a lot deeper than cipriani which meant that most of the lines the backs were used to running didn't work when he played 10.

Ok, Killer Miller, or Miller the Killer it is from now on

Yes, I think you are spot on here. Hard to see releases with England bubbles in place.

I guess Mr Blackett will be working on the assumption of no one coming back or available for the next 3/4 games.

I'd be starting with

West, Taylor and Brookes
Gaskell Cardall
Shields, Young, TWillis
Vellacott
Sopoaga
Bassett, Gopperth, De Jongh, Kibirige, Watson.

Subs: McIntyre, Oghre, JTA
Barbeary, Douglas
Wolstenholme, Odogwu, Le Bourgeois

Well Jack and Jacob can be added to our team for Bristol.

Both released by England.

Jack not a given , Blackett says team has been training well . May want to consider team spirit before immediately revising plans. Could very well be a sub, sorry finisher.

Bristol will be missing Sinckler, Earl, Malins and Radranda.  I think Sheedy is with Wales too.

With Jacob back and Watson injured I'm sure he will go straight to 10 and Lima at FB.  Great opportunity for Vellacott while Dan's warming the England bench.  2nd row really the only area where we look thin.  Wonder if Jack's return might allow Shields to start at lock?

I wonder if he has fully recovered in order to take part.
