Haven't even bothered watching this game :D. Going to watch Sharks vs Saints (if I can find a link).

Looks like I am watching this one (in french) then.

Dislike the caterpiller, but I do like Exeters vertical lines in attack, who cares if your defence is spread across the width of the pitch, when they have 3/4 attackers targeting a single channel, where you only have 2 men. 1 well picked pass unlocks it every time.

From the sounds of it, this game is the more competitive.

Actually really enjoying Quins v Exeter although I completely agree the caterpillar is beyond a joke and becoming a bit cringeworthy. I don't think Exeter will dominate this year and it was interesting that the assembled punditry didn't mention anyone outside of Exeter, Bath and Sharks as potential league winners......... poor misguided fools could get stung!

Also irritated by caterpillar but otherwise enjoying game.

Stunning try and some good defence from Quins, pushing Chiefs back with their line speed and commitment.

Exeter may just be starting slow. Their gameplan took a long time to build up, I don't see it falling apart too quickly. They seem to be knocking on a bit etc, things that will lessen as the season goes on.

Quins have been toothless and capitulated in the last 20 mins.

Exeter have a symbiosis with the ref which is not entirely within the laws of the game.

Agree about Quins dropping off, hard to tell if it was tiredness after 1st half efforts or just Chiefs turning screw.

Either way, normal service resumed by Chiefs eventually.

Ominous!

Wondered if there would be some comments on the caterpillar in the Quins Exeter game. Don't think the ref controlled it very well either, especially in one instance where Quins got told to use it, Care accidentally kicked it forwards again but the ref gave him time to drag it to the back again.
Refs need to call use it isa soon as its available and then give them the 4-5secs and that it, would hopefully get the game moving a bit quicker.
