True , some clubs seem to be taking a view on Europe. Surprised about Stade Francais v Benetton

If it's true (saw the rugby paper mentioned
in link so might be viable, unlike Ruck themselves) it makes sense. He's not been performing well at all.

Doesn’t seem like he’s getting on well with Skivs does it?
Ackerman loves him and he’s on a massive contract, perhaps they’re keen to get rid of him early to free up the cash

Out of form and 33 years old on a big contract.  Probably makes sense for both parties - enjoy an easier and perhaps more flowing game in Japan for a couple of years.  A fresh start after some pretty high profile personal struggles this year too.

What a shame he didn't spend his career at a single team that would support and nourish him.

Maybe that doesn't happen very often now, but there are examples in the Premiership.

I think his arrogance has always gotten the better of him sadly, he never settle for long anywhere before people get fed up with him.

His agent must have a lot to answer for too.

Maybe should have considered saracens?  No ,like to think he had more integrity (and talent) for that

So much talent gone to waste.  One brilliant first season in so many clubs, and then boredom seems  to take over.

Don't pretend to know how he operates but it does seem to be that one season is enough - either for him or who he plays for. To be honest I think this was the payday he was leaving us for before Eddie intervened.

Childish petulance with not getting his own way.
