Is he lying down because West hinged though. I think the first one against West was correct, that then puts West under pressure. West needs to keep his elbow up, and that's it now. If he does that, he may get the benefit of the doubt again.

West focuses on his elbow a bit now , then once he's moving forwards he gets it back into a strong position when it's clear he's not using it to pull down.
