Thanks for that. Paolo shows what feeling part of the group and also feeling that you're making a contribution can do to your enjoyment. And one thing Wasps' players have shown in this good run of form over the last year - is that they are playing with a bit of a smile.

J T-A for one, is playing like he's having fun and Paolo the same. It's great to see as it's infectious across the team and across the media divide to us lot too.

I think his best position is wherever he's happy.....and with that number 8 experience, I'd expect him and Alfie to swap positions as required !
