It just looks a bit suspect to me

Looking at the email address it is highly suspicious. info-wasps.co.uk is not a recognised domain. If you were to click on one of those links, you never know what is lurking beneath them.

Definitely delete and incinerate.

And not come to me either.
A simple phone call or email to the Ricoh might clear it up.

That's got all the hallmarks of phishing, or as the Freakonomics guys call it, the self weeding garden.

Bin it and if you're on a PC check whatever protections you have are working, that should be too obvious to get through a decent spam blocker.
