I do find it funny reporting something like this (which is positive and by two people who use Social Media responsibility without behaving like idiots) and still referring to the platform as you have.  I've never really got how it's a now normal 'cool' speak on the internet in this use case.

I can well understand it's context when talking about Jacob's experiences however.
