I just wonder if the SISU appeals have died out? I cannot believe that Wasps would enter into any deal if it was not the case.

I think NWW calculated that the time frame had run out. It would be nice to know for certain though.

It appears there is a big CCFC news announcement early tomorrow morning.

It’s being announced by CWR’s political correspondent which tells me it isn’t about the playing side of the club.

I would have thought with the City Financial requirements it should be Wasps to announce anything involving them - first. But when did that stop SISU!

EFL board meeting today for a deal up to 10 years whilst CCFC "build their new stadium". Apparently Wasps have agreed to park any concerns over the EC complaint.

It looks promising and it makes perfect sense.

Hopefully a decent annual rent and, seeing as it's SISU, cash up front please.

Slightly nervous about the "Wasps agree to park ECC claim". If we're going into any sort of deal with the owners of CCFC I'd want that deal copper bottomed, laden with every safeguard there is and then having some more added for good measure. Cash will be welcome.

This -  plus they have cost the club millions in legal fees so I hope the rate is at least 5 to10 times the previous with no financial share of the facilities. Hard ball.

Sounds like CCFC are getting a better deal re concession income- suppose it depends on up front rental income. Agree re ECC claim ,need to get clarity over that.

Looks like we opt to ignore the court case, but they sign up for a long term deal.
