Really good article. I’ve never like ringfencing and it’s articles like this that serve to underline the point.

One small area where I disagree with the article is the outcome of a Sarries v England game. Assuming the England Sarries players represented their club, then the English side would be that much stronger and the club side probably that much weaker.
