'Spending a lot of money'. Sky Blues and Wasps CEOs Dave Boddy and Stephen Vaughan insist the Ricoh Arena pitch will be the best it possibly can be as the two clubs join forces on renovation and maintenance

Bobby Bridge and Andy Turner report:

Good that they seem to have gone into it that detail and hopefully cost of maintenance won’t be an issue in the future

Am I right in recalling that groundkeeping an area where even Wasps give CCFC credit?

Adams Park footie fans' screams still echo from what they considered our desecration of their lovely, sacred turf. Loftus Road?

Weren’t the growing lights at the stadium from a cannabis farm bust?  Anyone know where we we can get another set?

How long has this Boddy chap been around ? Seems to me that if it can just be left to Vaughan and him as newcomers and no old baggage ,might just stand a chance

I think about 3 to 4 years and, being fair, he seems (or comes across as) the genuine article unlike his bosses.

Sports clubs do buy them on the cheap from police when they're seized from cannabis farms. Not sure if Wasps have done it, but a former CEO did ask me to let him know if any of my then employer's green fingered tenants left any behind.

The article does mention that Wasps own a set and are looking to buy another set.
