If my memory serves me well, I don't think we played too badly!

It’s interesting to note that it was Ridley who paid a visit to Wasps the other week to assist with discipline issue, so the pressure will be on.

His visit clearly had an impact though - we only conceded 10 penalties last week (versus an average of 16 in our previous 4 games and 12.5 average for the season ... the average for all clubs this season is 11).

I actually like Ridley. He makes the odd higher-profile error which tends to gloss over the fact he's normally pretty consistent and fair

Not unhappy as he seems one of the better young up and comings. Also note he was part of the Barnes Squad at the weekend internationals.

It's certainly a step up from Tweedle Dumb (Woodthorpe), Tweedle Dee (Wayne Falla) and Tweedle Blind as a Bat (Graham Hughes) from last week.

Interesting to note Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Blind as a Bat are missing from Premiership duty this weekend...

Have to agree - any ref willing to redcard Fazlet is ok in my book! - I can think of some who would probably have bottled it.

having praised Sara Cox on a different thread I am now very worried she's going to have a shocker as TMO!

Great ref, very much like his style and think he may have an international future.

Not going to be too hard on last week's ref either- yeah, a total screw up on the incident, but not the worst overall performance this year if (and it is a huge if) you can set aside that particular event.  Also, a very inexperienced ref too, and will be better for it.

We won't be seeing Sara Cox during April - she's reffing at the Women's Six Nations (good enough to ref at international matches, but not ready for Premiership ?)
