There are two females on the Premiership panel (Sarah Cox who is there as a Ref, and Claire, who is there as a TMO) and from when I have seen both reffing matches are up with the best of them.

Edit: Forgot about Clare Daniels who is on the panel as an Assistant Ref, but don't know anything about her, and can't recall having seen her in action.
