I agree with Fissler. Eddie Jones is a rugby fanatic, and always looking to other sports to see what can be utilised in our sport, and I give him credit for that as lateral thinking can reap huge rewards. However his weakness is his own inability to move away from such a limited game plan, and relying constantly on the same pool of players despite so much talent not only knocking on the door, but literally breaking it down. You would not get coaches like Steve Hansen, Erasmus or even our own Clive Woodward ignoring this, and they have enviable results and silverware to boot.
If Jones ignores these players not only in the summer, or uses them for the summer games only before reverting to type for the A.I’s he will need to be shown the door as rapidly as possible as the game would of moved on beyond his ability.
