I don't suppose anyone has a clue if this will affect Sisu's complaint? So far heard nothing about it and it seems to be pretty much dead in the water.

It's unlikely to make a difference as the new UK laws weren't in place at the time Coventry City Council agreed the price to sell Wasps the CBS Arena, just as the UK subsequently leaving the EU won't affect the European Commission's ability to look at it. All Brexit has probably done is change the level of priority at which the European Commission look at it, and not in the way of a quick resolution.
