Yes, indeed. And it emphasises our ambition to develop and then promote from the academy as we have an extra coach working on transition. Seems like quite a young dynamic unit on paper.
+2 I think having a larger group of coaching avoids the risk of group think and also takes some of the heat off the top guys. There are always going to be changes in emphasis in play - but often, it's great just to have some more ideas and I think with this set of coaches - plus Jimmy and other senior players, it means that we ought to keep a freshness to our approach
