Credit for the 3 missing matches for last season

I've received an e-mail from the club saying that Ihave credit for the three matches which were included with the Season Membership Plus last season that we couldn't attend. The worrying thing is it's telling me I have £237 in credit, which is baffling as I am in the lowest category and my season membership only cost £240. Has anyone else received a similarly baffling e-mail?

I phoned them up seconds after I recieved it and I was the first to report it.

It's almost certainly a mistake, he thinks the email has been generated using the wrong column and that my season membership is still active & safe.

While I was talking to the guy his switch board lit up.

Interesting that, 7 years after I first suggested it, they're issuing digital season tickets compatible with Google Pay or Apple Pay for those with NFC enabled smartphones.

Yes, obviously a mistake. My credit is apparently nearly £300. I hadn't realised the credit could only be used to buy tickets for games. I wasn't intending on taking the refund but the offer of tickets to season ticket holders is a tad odd.

A bit restrictive to require it only to be spent on tickets. As STHs we generally have our match tickets so needs to be spent on others.
