If we're going to see a lot more kicking for touch under the new laws than having a hooker who can throw-in gets more important. I can't find any stats but my impression is Cruse is way ahead of the others in that department.

Completely agree with you. I always feel that little safer as a fan when Cruse is playing. I don't mean that as a knock to Gaby because I think if he can improve his arrows he will be even more dangerous than he is already.

I also think we may have picked up a bit of a gem with Frost. For me Cruse is first choice but after that is all up for grabs. This season should also reveal whether we intend using Alfie as a hooker or a back row.
