Season Ticket Delivery

Does anyone know if we are to receive our Season Tickets any time soon?  I may have missed some communication on this but I was expecting to have received them by now.  Are they posting soon or going electronic?

Looks like it might be reuse last issued card with it re-charged with this season.

Yes, that would make sense Neils.  It would certainly make it a lot easier to do it that way.

I’ve dropped a note to the Ticket office and will post their reply on here when received tomorrow.

I understood you will get an email before each match with the relevant ticket which you need to import into google or apple play on your phone.

I thought that was only for the friendly plus purchased tickets. Quite a few STHs don't have these methods of use. So they have to broaden their access method. Quickly.

My understanding from reading all the info and the guide on the wasps site, was that if you didn't have the means for a digital ticket you should contact the ticket office and there was an option to reactivate the last STH cards.

It did change as originally it was planned to use the old cards and if you didn't have them they would supply new ones, but that then changed to the digital option.

We were told by the ticket office that we would get an email this week with either a link to download to your phone or a ticket that you can print out and take and use in the turnstile scanner.

I hope they get the phone scanning sorted out then.

At the Dragons match, the vast majority of people who tried to scan their phones ended up having to let-in manually by the stewards on the gates they use for wheelchair access.

Tickets coming by post.New system says no!.

 Due to technical issues with our ticketing platform, digital tickets and season membership cards will NOT be in operation for Season Members at this Saturday’s game against Bristol Bears. All Season Members will receive paper tickets for this match ONLY.

Tickets will be dispatched tomorrow and will be with supporters in advance of the match.

Details regarding tickets for future matches will be shared in due course.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to thank supporters for their understanding.

Now what about the parking?

Car parking in car Park C was fine for Dragons, the ANPR even worked.

Not sure re general ticketing , but all season ticket stuff , including paper tickets when problems occur get posted from arena .

Wasps ticket office clearly under pressure and understaffed today.  But confirmation received to my email query that tickets are paper for the Bristol match only with further details of what’s happening for future games to be notified in due course.   Tickets being posted to us all.

Website confirms digital tickets and season member cards to be used in the future sometime.

Clearly some IT issues - not an unusual event for longstanding STHs!
