My Season Ticket card worked twice in the 19/20 season. Quite happy if they send paper/print at home tickets in future as it will save the inevitable queuing up to get one issued at the ticket office.

Had email today for paper tickets, then paper tickets drop through the door!

To be honest this is just poor. Following on from the inevitable problems with phone tickets  from the friendly. Why not keep it simple - when someone buys a season ticket just send them a card straight away that allows entry for all eligible games?

It's been like that with Wasps since the Loftus Road days, so am relaxed about it.

At least the Car Park Windscreen Tag arrived this morning.
