This is a huge loss for next season which I don't think should be underestimated. He's a special player.

Wonder if we knew this a while ago hence the unexpected signing of Carr. Blackett is planning ahead and Carr and Fifita provide lots of extra backrow cover at the moment.
Problem is covering 7 when Willis isn’t about, are next two best jackallers are both hookers and the likes of Pichardie, Curran and some of the big lads promoted from the U18s are all 6/8s.
7 is a tough one to fill.

There's an argument that Oghre may have more impact for us as a 7, than a hooker.

It may be easier to pick up a replacement hooker than another open side.

I know that shirt numbers seem to be less important these days, but I feel like a fit Alfie is more of a 6/8 than a 7
