Think that's incredibly hard on Lozowski.

He's very talented, has good hands, good turn of pace, reads the game well, hits hard and can play across the backline.  Think he has a very similar issue to Devoto, in that he probably really needs or needed to nail down a single position.

At the moment, like Slade, he can fit into a number of positions so you end up using him as a very talented filler.  Slade has obviously been settled at 13 for Chiefs for a while, but was used as 10, 12 and 15 prior to that and used similarly for England.

Loz's issue for England is that the 12/13 shirts are taken by Faz/Slade/Manu.

I think he'd definitely suit what we're looking for from a 12.  If this is to be Jimmy's last year as a full-time squad player, Mills ends up retiring and Malakai goes elsewhere then there's money to spent and I don't think we'd spend the cash much better than on Loz, if he was up for re-joining.

The academy centres don't look too bad as prospects and I still think we could see Charlie at 12 longer-term.  Jacob, Charlie Loz would be a very interesting 10,12,13 as could Charlie/Loz/Paolo or Loz/Charlie/Paolo.

How many years have we been wondering that??

I'd welcome Loz back with open arms either way.  Like Mills, but fit!

I'm not keen on re-signing Lozowski as people have probably noticed from my posts🤣 But he certainly can place kick which is a plus point.

I’d have Lozowski over Slade or Manu (because of his injury history).

When he was last amongst  us he was  expecting the Academy boys to clean his boots.  It did not go down well.  I wouldn't want anyone like that playing for Wasps.

That, I did not know. Not the Wasps way at all.

Manu, yes. Slade, I would take in a heartbeat, he's been consistently good for England and Chiefs for some time now.

Alex Lozowski

He has lost his England place/prospects.

He is a bit part player at Saracens - plays frequently but position varies.

He knows he can do a job at 10 as well as other positions after his spell in France.

He is ? 27 yrs old.

3 more years in the UK then back to France?
I think he wants to run a team, at 10/12 like Farrell. You would hope that if we can give him that 12 slot and some of the Fekitoa cash maybe we could lure him. I'm fairly sure he must still have England ambitions.

There probably is no Fekitoa cash.

He's likely a marquee signing at the moment, and next season that marquee spot is being removed

Sorry, but I can't tell you who told me but it was soon after Lozowski left Wasps.

By 'can't' I mean  that I  won't say!  Apologies.  But it wasn't a rumour.

Sounds like a f@ggin system was in place. Dont know if it was a system already in place at Wasps or if he learnt it from school but its honestly not a surprise. Pretty sure every team I have played for (except my school's Old Boys team) have had some form of a f@g system.
Not saying its a good or a bad thing, just not surprised.

The reality is we’re not getting Lozowski. And we’re definitely not getting Slade or Tuilagi (who would be an insanely bad signing). I don’t pretend to know who may arrive but I’m certain it won’t be any of these 3.
