Well, it would be nearly word for word if it is quoting word for word what Lee said, which it appears to be.

My guess is a young BBC general reporter just looking for inspiration for an article took Booby's as the basis for a good story and then wrote their own, using Lee's quotes. I say that because any knowledgeable rugby reporter would known that European Cup games can't be postponed and have to be conceded, or they would have made a comment about the change of rules if they had been made.
