I know this squad building and then trimming is usual but I can’t for the life of me understand it. Has Launchbury even travelled? What’s the point of it?

Surprised but good for us. Perhaps Eddie thinks it will be better for Joe to have another warmup while I thought Italy might have been ideal to blood Alfie
