It's clear something needs to be done with regards to Italy's participation, they have got the Wooden Spoon for the last six tournaments and it could be argued they are demeaning the Six Nations by being every other teams whipping boys.

Although relegation/promotion is a fair proposition I can't see it improving Italy or see Georgia improving the competition.

As for South Africa? Lots of pro's and con's and I can't decide which side of the fence to be on for now.

I think it's a terrible idea. It makes a mockery of a European competition, insults fans, and devalues the World Cup and November internationals.

And now Itoje wants NFL type "entertainment" at matches.

They only need that as the actual game is so fragmented, dull and riddled with adverts. A bit of entertainment is ok but not loads of it. And anyway we tend to make our own entertainment in the bars etc.
