Wonder who the 'some' clubs would be, I'd think,
Sarries, Bristol, Quins and perhaps Exeter and Bath as likely.
Tigers, Saints, perhaps Wasps, Glaws & Sharks as maybe's,
Falcons, Worcester and Irish as unlikely?

If this goes ahead [I have no idea if the RFU can force it through] then the league should be only for EQP in order to provide a proper pathway or those coming back from injury qualified for any country
