Ahh beat me to it. Strong and physical player and hopefully add consistency to our midfield. Very happy.

Good news. A year round available 12 who is proven and experienced. Looks a solid signing.

I'm curious how this goes.

It also suggests we're going with 10/15 playmaking rather than 10/12 in future. Hence Jacob and Charlie starting/rotating at 10 & 15.

I’m not sure Odendaal is a complete bosh it up merchant. Strikes me more as an all rounder.

Its good to have options, Mills is more of a play maker, looks like this guy is more direct. Would be useful to be able to change the approach mid game.

Looks like the news has broken the internet, or at least wasps.co.uk

Very much a man of subtlety and not a bosh through the defender type of player, so not a direct replacement for either Jimmy or Mala. A 12 who sometimes plays 13. Definitely looks for a makes gaps. Good in defence.

Does that mean he's going to be doing back to back seasons? The experience is mixed of players settling down when that happens. Thinking of WLR mostly.

The success of Ezterhuizen at Quins has everyone looking for someone similar.

That's what makes me wince a bit, but I really hope he is a success.

They've managed to reconnect to the content server and it's back up running

WLR came broken to us. Forwards have a much harder time doing back to back. Not so for a 12. Burger is not a full length of the field runner, so he is less likely to have an issue. His game style will also suit Wasps.
