I'm looking for a big game from Dan, he's still hasn't found his pre injury form and we need to exploit their weakness at 9.

A stable back line and centres should help with play continuity. Is this the first time we've had the same starting 9 to 15 in 2 consecutive games?

We're starting to look good on paper and we need to match that more on the pitch, for the whole game......Liking Mills at 12 again and I hope that we are thinking of game management from 10 rather than too many "hero" passes when not needed.

That said, I'd still support our players going for it and it would be great to see Dan provide leadership as a player and start showing some form. It's a game we can win, but we cannot give Briz easy points/easy outs and we need to start as we mean to go on.

So they do have a fit 9 then.
Eden at 10 over Sheedy is a big call too.

Bristol have been very inconsistent this year and should be considered there for the taking.
We’ll have to be good but I’ll be very disappointed if we lose this one

They always had one fit 9 in Strang, who was substituted last week in a tactical change. But he's only been with the club a week or so as a loan player.

No Nathan for them.

Our back divison worries me. Was found wanting last week at The Stoop.

Where is Ali Crossdale?? Not listed as injured and IMHO the best 15 in our squad.

Paolo needs to be at 13 - he is far more effective at OC.

Jacob will be severely tested by Radrada coming at full tilt.

I know I don't pick the team but surely there must have been a long discussion about the performance of that back line before the team was finalised. Jimmy at 15 would have been a better bet.

Our pack looks good as do the pack replacements.

I think we're quite lucky that Fitz Harding doesn't seem to be available either, he's quality.

On paper we look the stronger side. But those seem to have been the games we've struggled in. I think Crossdale should be playing too ahead of Jacob at 15, and certainly should be on the bench ahead of Watson.

What is this madness you speak of.
Firstly Spink is looking good at 13. Secondly, Paulo is not a 13 by any stretch...cover maybe.

I think what we’re saying is that we need to get Paulo on the ball more often.
Punch holes and get those legs driving.
I actually think he’s had his best games at Outside Centre, despite your reservations.

And yes, he’s still got more to learn about both positions.
But along with Alfie and Tom, he really injects go-forward when we can create those opportunities for him.

Likewise I think he's quality at 13. The more we can get him on the ball the better

How can he be a 'Quality' 13 having played there all of 5 times...
He was solely culpable for a try last week in missing a tackle, then culpable for putting us under pressure dropping an easy ball in our 22, which lead to a try, and when he did get the ball made little actual ground.
He's a better finisher than a midfield player, he doesn't have the creativity nor the hands and To think he is better than an actual 13 in Spink, who is already looks better, is curious.
Opinion's vary but for me he's a winger and only a starter because it's an area we are not particularly strong in.

Slightly flawed argument, Hymenoptera, as Paolo was picked on the wing last week - perhaps he should have started at 13 after all :D :D :D

And of course he's starting on the wing tomorrow.
