Watching this…and our lack of penetration through our backs, I think we’re better off with Jacob at 10, Paulo at 13 and Watson at 15.
Spink is a great prospect and a good player.
But with the players we have available, the current mix is all wrong.

None of the combinations are working.
We need a player to smash it up in midfield….and then feed off that momentum.

Have we got into their 22 yet? I don't think so.

This is not good.

I’m getting sick and tired of Jacob, totally a liability. How is he in the 23

Jacobs kicking becoming a total liability

That’s a bit catastrophic.
All kickers occasionally get one wrong.
Yes, Jacob has done it before. But he’s also kicked some beauties into the corner when we’ve most needed them.

Hopwood he can’t tackle and how often do you want him to have bad kicks. He is a liability

Has anyone counted how many they've got on the pitch? There's 2 or 3 in every tackle, every time.

I imagine our metres made statistics are not looking too pretty. Going backwards every time we've got the ball (with the exception being the try).

It’s our discipline that’s killing us. Stop giving away brainless penalties. We can’t afford to keep going 14-21 points down. My main thought throughout the first half? - I wish Shields was out there.

18 carries only 88 meters gained. 8 penalties already

That was a very poor half, really disappointing against a poor Bristol team. No intensity, can’t believe we can’t get ourselves up for this game
