Fair enough. Hopefully Willis back to his old self will continue. Bassett seems to be going through a quiet spell.

Thoughts as to why Tom Willis only got 3 minutes off the bench? Shields was replaced by Fifita, who was essentially on the bench as cover for Joe/Elliot. (I am not complaining as Vaea made some telling contributions during the match.)

He’s had quite a lot of rugby. Maybe just sharing it out. I actually saw Fifita as cover for 6 and 7 as well as locks.

Possibly the coaches thought Wasps needed someone who could disrupt the Glos. lineout - and boy were they right!
